Recruiting work,
done for you.

LandIt isn’t an inbox for CVs. It sorts, flags and moves people along so you can spend your time on interviews.

Ranked by your requirements

You set the requirements. We do the sorting.

Every applicant is scored against your own list. Mark the essentials as must-haves and anyone missing one is flagged before you read a word.

Questions

How is an applicant’s score worked out?

It’s the share of your requirements on their profile, with must-haves counting double. You can always open their CV and judge for yourself.

Can I hire for internships and learnerships?

Yes. Tag the role as a job, entry-level role, internship, learnership or graduate programme.

What happens when a candidate accepts?

They’ve signed your terms, and you get an alert to confirm the hire. Once confirmed, it’s final.

I rejected someone by mistake.
